Choose How You Bring Your Product to Market

Private labels work on 2 major standard workflows. Which one you choose depends on whether you have your own design or are building on the existing ones.

OEM - You Design it, we Build it

OEM - You Design it, we Build it

You send in a tech pack, sketches, measurements, and material specifications.

The factory creates a prototype based on your specifications and shares either a physical sample or a mockup for your review and approval. After incorporating your feedback and final revisions, production moves into bulk production.

Your brand keeps full control over the design.

For example: A custom biker vest with a specific pocket layout, armor placement, and your brand's hardware, all made from scratch to your specifications.
ODM - We have the Design, you add your branding.

ODM - We have the Design, you add your branding.

You choose one of our existing production models and add your own label, colour, or lining.

The factory owns the base design, and your brand is added through private labelling.

Faster to market and less money spent on research and development.

For example: You could choose an existing moto jacket model, change the lining fabric, and add your woven label and hangtags.

Production Process - Workflow That Delivers

The process we follow to deliver the best products at the end is:

01

Design / Tech Pack Submission

Just send your design files, sketches, measurements, material references, and hardware information. A full tech pack cuts down on back-and-forth and speeds up sample production. This step is replaced by catalogue selection for ODM orders.

02

Sample Development

The factory makes a physical prototype that meets your approved specifications for materials, stitching, construction, hardware, and fit. At this point, the price per unit and the minimum order quantity (MOQ) are set before moving on.

03

Approval & Revisions

You check the sample for how well it fits, the stitching, the materials, and the finish. There is a record of all change requests. A new sample is made until the specification is fully agreed upon and signed off on.

04

Bulk Production

Production runs against the approved sample. During the bulk run, no changes or substitutions to confirmed specifications are made without written client approval.

05

Quality Control

Inline and final checks against the approved sample. Before packing, the stitching, hardware function, measurements, and surface finishing are all checked to ensure they meet the agreed-upon standards.

06

Shipping & Delivery

Your branding, like labels, hangtags, and packaging, is put on the orders and sent to your warehouse, 3PL, or Amazon FBA. There is export documentation for each shipment.

Production Process - Workflow That Delivers

MOQ & Lead Times: Minimum Order and Production Schedule

Category MOQ Order Ready (Factory)
Leather jackets & vests 36 units 30 days from approval

  • The time it takes to get the samples approved and the deposit confirmed is called lead time.
  • The time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination depends on the destination and the shipping method.
  • After the first review of the specs, sample development timelines are given.
