Great armor but definitely needs to be bigger. I got the 5xl and it fits like a 2-3Xl. I am a bigger guy and this is a set that fits with some work. I rode about 5 hours off road and I was comfortable for the most part. Texas right now is hot! But you dress for the slide not the ride!
My only thing. Add about 3 inches for a 5xl. I know i’m fat but still. 🤘🤘🤘

I bought this for my husband who is not a kid. He's a big guy - over 6-ft and about 210 lbs. He rides both street & dirt almost every day & where we live summers are hot & humid. From his dirt racing days (10+ years ago!), he has an armored mesh protector that was about shot. But paired with a long sleeve cotton t-shirt (that he could moisten) summer rides became much more comfortable and he still had the protection he needed. Typically, he wears a 2X and looking at the size chart, it should have fit him - but it waaayyy didn't. We had to exchange it for a 4x which does - snugly. And it cost $25 shipping to return it (dim weight rather than actual weight). Hubby's cousin also rides (former Enduro champion) and we would have loved to get him one of these but he's even bigger. My suggestion would be to check your demographics and see if you're missing a customer base you could be serving - meaning older folks who tend to be a bit larger (especially around the middle) but still ride. Our MC club's average age is 68 and no one rides without protective gear. Just a thought.

The sleeves are snug for a 5x. Chest fit just as described. Definitely need to have larger sizes available.
