Made from heavy-duty 600D polyester, it offers strong durability with water resistance ability for daily rides. The neoprene-lined collar feels soft and secure, while adjustable cuffs and side straps help the rider go into the perfect fit. A zip-out insulated liner keeps you warm when needed, and channel venting adds airflow on warmer rides. With armored protection at shoulders, elbows, and back, plus reinforced panels and double safety stitching, safety comes built-in. Reflective accents improve visibility, and smart storage including four exterior pockets, two concealed carry pockets along with multimedia and cellphone pocket keeps essentials within easy reach.

Absolutely fantastic jacket and for a great price I even got a holiday additional sale. The material is the same as any other premium touring jacket. The features and pocket give you plenty of storage and ventilation along with armor l included. The adjustable sizing straps allow for changes in layers and the zipper for pants should be nice. The only negative or area for improvement i see from unboxing is the stitch quality around the headphone line grommet but that's it for day 1. I hope the matching pants come back in stock as well.

This is my second DS jacket. I love my armored flannel, but wanted something more water resistant and warm for spring/fall riding, especially off road. Size chart was spot on again and it fits perfect! It felt snug at first, but when I got on the bike, I didn't notice it anymore and it felt really good. The adjusters made it so nothing was flapping. It was only 47°F out and the jacket was plenty warm, even at 75mph.
If there was one thing I would change, I would add a little piece of velcro in the neck to hold open the collar when you get off the bike. I don't like the big flap hanging by my neck when it is undone.
