This vest was exactly as described; although I recommend you size up. I ordered one size larger than the child was and still had to let the side laces out some, so if you're planning on getting 2 or 3 years out of this vest on a kid, I would do 2 sizes up and the laces give even more leeway.

As a biker myself I wanted something my son could wear to match my vest, this is it!!!! nice quality leather, nice snaps, looks great! I can't complain. the only negative is the sizing seems to be a hit or miss based on the desription but I guessed and guessed right.

This vest is of good quality, I expect that it’ll last for years to come. My son loves it, I got this for him to be a part of the Widows Sons kiddos. I also got it a couple sizes too big so it’ll fit him for years to come.

This vest is well made, with no obvious defects. It did not have any funky, musty odor that you sometimes get when buying leather on the internet. It just smelled like leather. It fit well and the snaps were well protected during shipment. I can't wait to put all my patches on this vest. I would certainly recommend this vest, and I think it would make a great gift for anyone.

This vest is that harder leather used for most riding vests. It looks almost identical to our one from Milwaukee for our other kid.Sizing seems correct, we were comparing it to a smaller one we had and it seems right. If you have a huskier kid, you might want to get the one with the strings on the side or size up.All in all, a good vest for the price.

My daughter begged me to get this for her as she had a school play coming up and needed something like this for her part. We carefully measured to make sure it would fit her, and when received it was perfect, not too loose and not too tight, plus the quality of the vest was far above what I expected.Fast forward 4 months later when the play came around... and it no longer fits :( except for trying it on, she didn't even get to wear it. So it is still hanging in her closet, but no complaints, it looks good and smell like leather (not super strong thankfully). she was super excited and loved it the moment she got it, and then never got to wear it after trying it on. Such is the way of clothing for young kids :)I would recommend it, although I think it is a bit much to buy it for a single wear.

I got this leather vest for my husband. It is well made but it's much smaller than the tag specifies. So if you get this i would definitely size up.
